It would be great if it worked..

I use it every day but now starting to look for alternatives..

Pros: very convenient to use for a multitude of things (the rare times it works)

Cons: mapping is wrong most of the times or outdated at best.
Wallet NEVER works, always fails to add credit and banks have nothing to do with it. Customer service Centre are clueless and never helpful (even with Gold); faced with the same issues I contact them for the last few months, their replies are copy paste that have nothing to do with my request and often go against it (they do not even read).
Pricing is unjustified. Cars and drivers quality need to be higher to justify the pricing surges that are there at peak times. Most of the drivers will drive very poorly and the cars will be dirty, so if careem charges more it should be for a good reason.

Pessima esperienza!

Dopo averla scaricata e aver richiesto la prima corsa, cancello immediatamente questa app. L’autista è arrivato in un punto molto distante dalla mia richiesta e non raggiungibile a piedi. Ho provato a contattarlo via messaggio e per telefono ma parlava solo arabo. Ha quindi deciso di cancellare la corsa e mi hanno addebitato l’importo. Ho quindi fatto reclamo ma inutilmente. Pur di ricevere soldi, ritengono sia corretto l’atteggiamento dell’autista. Poco seri, direi distanti anni luce da app come BOLT o UBER.
