Automatically adds travel insurance

Terrible experience.

I was paying in euros for my other friends and for me as well. I’m not so familiar with the website and so I just had to follow the normal way of booking a flight.

Unfortunately, the website AUTOMATICALLY ADDS the travel insurance without even informing the passengers. This is ridiculous especially for those who do not want the travel insurance. This is a subtle way of stealing money from passengers. I only realized that I paid for it, when I received an email saying that I availed it 😢

Please, next time ASK the passengers or create a POP UP icon informing that the travel insurance was automatically added!
