When you need an app that needs to work 100%, 80% of the time it does not work. Signing in sometimes is a problem even. Main pain points lately, the upload of docs in a claim shows errors and not able to complete. I tried some days ago to upload 3 different claims and only one worked. I tried again today and same error. Really with the premiums we pay, us users deserve better. Although on the process of refunds, the claims are processed efficiently. If only we could be given the technology. Find a new app developer, whoever is doing it, sorry to say is ridiculous.

App closes in continuously, can’t even reach the claims section that it logs off by itself and I’m taken back to the sign in. Spent more than an hour also just trying to enter information for a claim, not even half way through basically asks to start over. When finally got all the info in, cannot upload files. Or if I select to take the picture basically it collapses again. Have to start all over from step one. Useless app. This is shameful because organization employees that don’t have immediate access to a pc cannot take advantage of the mobile functions. Simply doesn’t work!
