Can’t use local network functions

I wrote a simple Java UDP chat, but if i try to communicate with another PC it doesn’t ask me for local network permissions.The program doesn’t run correctly and it doesn’t work with another device in a local network.For what I have tried everything is done very well, except for the fact that you must be connected to the internet, but you can get over it if the IDE proves to be so well done.

Molto completo, sempre a portata di mano, veramente gratuito (non è il solito “gratuito” che poi scopri che lo è solo per tre giorni) e con sviluppatori facili da contattare e molto reattivi. Consigliatissimo.
