The app works really well.
To make it even safer, I would allow to have it downloaded only on one device, related to user number. In this way, any kind of breach would be even harder.

The only ‘job’ of the App is to provide a sufficient and ‘in real time’ situation of my bank account, but this App is failed totally. I was not able to understand which is my current balance, story of my transactions and so on. It is even ‘lyied’ to me, that I became negative, which is not possible. Obviously I went to the bank office and the consultant showed me my real balance. This in not Instagram or Tik Tok, this is about my money, the transparency and efficiency of the bank. Very disappointing experience.

Hey Guys would be top to have a real time payment, especially in this days where technology move fast and many other bank have better technology than your, however is sure that i choose commerzbank cause of trust of such good german bank!🤗

Hello R.Gianluc, Thank you for the feedback. You can already do real-time transfers via the banking app.
In the summary of the transfer you will find the item "Echtzeitüberweisung". Tap on the adjacent controller so that it turns yellow.
