This is the simplest-to-use contraction timer. The app will help to track your contractions and determine when it's time to go to the hospital.
If you plan on having a home birth, the app will tell you what stage of labor you are in at any given moment.
Keep track of your labor by tapping a single button at the start and at the end of each contraction. The Contraction Timer analyzes the duration and frequency of contractions and will notify you when it's time to go to the hospital.

Usata solo una volta...ed era quella buona!
Ho scaricato 2/3 app per prepararmi al fatidico momento. Me la sono presa con calma a inizio contrazioni provandole un po’ a tutte: questa è stata la migliore, alla terza volta che mi diceva di correre in ospedale l’ho presa sul serio. Poche ore dopo è nato il mio secondo splendido bimbo.
Le doglie sono dolorose e arrivano in un momento di grande intensità emotiva, serve un app semplice, affidabile ed intuitiva. Lo è!

Ho scaricato questa app il giorno in cui ho avuto le prime contrazioni, non ho avuto bisogno di “studiarla” perché ha solo un pulsante e quindi “in quel momento” non è difficile capire cosa schiacciare, mi ha aiutato a non correre subito in ospedale, poiché in base alla frequenza della contrazioni ti da dei consigli su cosa fare, se farti una doccia se iniziare a prepararti per andare in ospedale, o addirittura di sbrigarti.
Consiglierò questa app a tutte le mie amiche perché mi ha davvero aiutata a calcolare la durata delle contrazioni e alla pausa che mi rimaneva prima che iniziasse quella dopo. 5 ore ed è nata la mia piccola Rebecca
