How does motorcycle rental work?
Easy, fast and intuitive. Rent your motorcycle right now.
1) Locate the nearest rental motorcycle on the map of the app and press the "Reserve" button.
2) Once in front of the bike you can now ""Slide to start"" the trip. All our motorcycles are provided with two approved and safe helmets, sizes M and L.
3) Time to start: press the START button and drive. Do not forget to respect all security measures and the rest of the people and vehicles with whom you share the public road.
4) Once you arrive at your destination, park correctly, always following the city regulations.
5) Save the helmet and in the app ""Slide to finish"". At this time we will ask you to take a photo of the motorcycle correctly parked.

Servizio valido e efficiente
Mi sono trovata molto bene ,scooter facile da prenotare e da guidare. Il personale ha risolto immediatamente un problema che avevo riscontrato con l’account ed è stato subito disponibile. Felice di aver trovato un servizio che sostiene la mobilità elettrica . Unica pecca lo scooter a Roma fa massimo i 50 km/h,non così male perché in città non si puoi andare troppo veloce per il traffico,ma anche un motorino 110 non guasterebbe al posto del 50. Purtroppo ancora alcune aree non sono adibite al parcheggio del motorino ! Spero in una sua espansione !!
Troppe cose che non vanno
Apprezzavo molto questo servizio quando era appena arrivato a Milano, perché dava un'alternativa ecologica ai soliti car sharing e ti permetteva di guidare dei veri scooter, non quei motorini minuscoli tipo MiMoto. Per questo, ero disposta a pagare 26c al minuto (più di qualsiasi servizio di car sharing) e a dover comunque camminare una decina di minuti dopo aver parcheggiato a causa dell'area di parcheggio limitata. Di recente, invece, hanno sostituito tutti gli scooter esattamente con i motorini di MiMoto, che a Milano, con il pavé ovunque, sono quasi impossibili da guidare. La cosa peggiore, però, è che il prezzo è rimasto lo stesso!! Non esiste che, togliendo uno dei più grossi pro del servizio, non si abbassi almeno il prezzo. Allora a questo punto preferisco spendere 24c/min per una car2go, trovarne una più facilmente, andare in giro comodamente e poterla parcheggiare dove mi pare e piace. Io posso anche cercare di essere più ecosostenibile, ma se per farlo vuol dire che mi devo rendere la vita dieci volte più difficile, allora ciaone.
ServiZio ottimo, scooter....
L’app è ben fatta ed il numero di scooter elevato. Le zona coperta è ampia, almeno qui nella capitale, e , cosa molto importante, non inquinano. Quando li si guida si ha la sensazione di “anticipare il futuro”, di dare un feedback positivo a due cose in cui, almeno io , credo molto; lo sharing e la mobilità elettrica.
Veniamo alle note dolenti;
Purtroppo questo modello di scooter (askoll es3) ha un lineamento esile in plastica leggera. La sua forma e le sue dimensioni sono più quelle di una bici che di uno scooter. Il che lo rende spesso instabile, risente delle buche, risente spesso del forte vento laterale, ma soprattutto le ruote esili e lisce lo rendono particolarmente avvezzo a perdere aderenza sul bagnato. Forse più adatto a brevi tratte in condizioni atmosferiche ottimali.
