Buongiorno, ci dispiace che questo accada spesso, l'errore appare nel caso in cui ci sia un problema nella connessione del telefono o nel caso in cui il problema derivi dal nostro server. Parecchie pecche e poco funzionale
L’app non è molto user-friendly, certe funzioni sono utili ma sviluppate in modo poco intuitivo. La cosa più disagevole è che autonomamente slogga l’utente senza preavviso e obbliga a riconfigurare tutti i dispositivi. Mi è capitato di mettere il mio scalda acqua in modalità viaggio (assenza) per qualche giorno, quando poi avevo bisogno di riaccenderlo da remoto per garantirmi acqua calda al mio ritorno SORPRESA, il dispositivo è sparito dall’applicazione e non ho più potuto riaccenderlo se non manualmente al mio ritorno. Questo bug è capitato più e più volte, è ora di risolverlo per rendere questa applicazione sensata!!
