Absolutely unprofessional

I’ve been trying to contact customer service from dappy for the last 2 weeks. I haven’t received an order that is worth a 100€! I’ve been asking and asking when is my order going to be shipped. I asked if I can get back a refund. Instead.... dappy on Facebook blocked me, not to be able to write them anymore!
What should I do with a company that seemed to be a decent European company in Sweden? Shall I send you some relatives living in Sweden to ask for my order on my behalf??

Ho comprato il dispositivo dappy per usarlo come biglietto da visita ma non è così, perchè non lo rileva dalla fotocamera di un utente, ma deve aver scaricato l'app dappy per poterlo utilizzare

fantastic idea, please if you can add telegram, discord and the ability to put in multiple languages (italian please🇮🇹) + be able to edit icon titles with the link = example:
custom link -> be able to write a title instead of it, thanks.
