The DeCarley Trading mobile app is the ultimate communication tool complete with live streaming videos of our commodity trading educational events and interactive chat features. At a time in which email is becoming obsolete and SMS text messaging burdensome and expensive to overseas contacts, this futures market mobile app bridges the gap between the need to communicate in real time and the obstacles more traditional methods face. Armed with the ability to opt in or out for push notifications based on user interest, this communication app words toward streamlining desirable content for the user making for an efficient experience relative to other communication platforms (emails, websites, etc.).
INSTANT COMMUNICATION: App users can bypass email and contact us directly via live chat to resolve technical support and customer service issues, as well as ping us for market related questions and updates. App users also have easy access to live streaming webinars and intraday live market snippet broadcasts from the app home page (including chart analysis, fundamental comments, etc.).
EXCLUSIVE CONTENT: users will have access to exclusive written content not available on the web (in-house newsletters and trading recommendations).
ACCOUNT ACCESS: Within the app, DeCarley futures brokerage clients can access documents such as trading account statements, 1099s, personal trading stats, account balance summaries, cash activity history, and more. Users can conveniently submit requested documents (IDs, applications, tax forms, etc.) via a submission feature enabling them to take a picture from the app camera and seamlessly submit the content for processing. It is also possible to schedule a personal trading platform demo with a DeCarley representative using a built in form.
CONVENIENT NEWS SOURCE: Additionally, app users will have access to several third-party sources of financial and commodity market news, commentary (both video and text), industry podcasts, and government-issued commodity research.
