Bello ma....
Faccio una recensione dopo quasi un anno: premetto che non faccio acquisti in-app e non ho nessuna intenzione di farli; in sè il gioco è bello, permette adesso, con l’aggiunta di my homes, di progettare diverse stanze il che è molto creativo. Anche le limited edition sono più frequenti e anche se abbastanza costose non sono difficilmente acquistabili. L’unico dubbio che mi sorge e che sinceramente non mi fa apprezzare a pieno l’applicazione è riferito proprio alla funzione my homes. Bisogna ottenere 12/15 “casette” per progettare una stanza. Contando una decina (a volte anche meno) di challenges al giorno si riesce a fare una stanza ogni tre giorni (senza fare appunto acquisti con soldi veri). In ogni caso non è possibile acquistare tali casette. Mi chiedevo come sia possibile che alcuni giocatori abbiano, dell’ultima home rilasciata, già sei stanze arredate ovvero non più di 90 casette quindi 90 challenges. L’ultima home rilasciata è la tropical villa il 23 agosto. In 3 giorni ritengo impossibile aver partecipato a 90 challenges sopratutto perché tutte queste sfide non sono mai state presenti in solo tre giorni. Considerando che la cosa più interessante è proprio la nuova funzione non è carino. In più, in sè non mi pesava nemmeno tanto aspettare più giorni di challenges per una stanza ma se ci sono altri utenti che invece a quanto pare hanno già completato molte stanze diventa abbastanza “frustrante”. Desidererei spiegazioni.
App meravigliosa MA attenzione al servizio clienti
Aggiornamento: al 3 tentativo di contattare il Sevizio clienti e dopo un mese e mezzo dal primo tentativo, finalmente mi ha risposto un Paolo che mi ha risolto il problema. Per ora sono contenta.
L’idea dell’app è meravigliosa. Stimola la creatività e insegna a pianificare bene le risorse (se nn si fanno acquisti in-app). Tuttavia se doveste avere problemini tecnici non contate sul servizio “contattaci” perché siete “on your own”, come si dice. Vi risponderanno dopo giorni motivando con l’avere tante richieste e nella maggior parte dei casi vi liquideranno dicendo che stanno lavorando sull’inconveniente (di fatto non risolvendo il vostro problema).
Direi che per un’app nella quale si possono spendere anche €50 al mese facendo acquisti sporadici, questo è un pessimo servizio.

È un app carina, che fornisce uno svago piacevole alle persone che si interessano a questo genere di cose, ma ogni volta che devo arredare una stanza mi chiedo e “dispero”: perché non c’è l’opzione “ ordina per prezzo” come in ogni negozio online reale?! Per me un gioco e un gioco e non mi piace spenderci soldi veri, quindi sfrutto solo i bonus giornalieri offerti nell’ app, ma solo quelli a volte bastano a stento.
Perciò perdo ogni volta un sacco di tempo a cercare gli arredi che posso permettermi o quasi, quando non dovrebbe essere così difficile aggiungere questa opzione e rendere il gioco ancor meno stressante e più agevole.
Sarà forse per mascherare articoli meno costosi, ma ugualmente validi, che potrebbero essere non considerati nella mischia, a favore di quelli più costosi, che spingono chi non ha abbastanza risorse a rifornirsi tramite soldi reali? Molto probabile, ma nulla è certo.
