Ho acquistato un prodotto elettronico risparmiando molto e mi sono trovato bene nonostante le iniziali forti perplessità ad acquistare su un sito tutto cinese con spedizione così lunga. Prima di acquistare vi consiglio di cercare sempre le recensioni sul vs venditore ...il mio KUNFINE si è dimostrato precisissimo. Ho scelto spedizione con TNT ..e ho ricevuto il tutto integro e funzionante e secondo le date programmate !!
Ricordate che all’arrivo del pacco in ITALIA ci sono le tasse doganali da pagare (al corriere alla consegna) perché si tratta di libera importazione .
Unico neo il sito...sia apertura pagine che messaggistica sugli ordini effettuati molto lenta...qst va sicuramente migliorato !!
Esperienza pessima
Innanzitutto, appena effettuato l’acquisto di 2 paio di scarpe uguali ma di numero differenti (3 min dopo averlo confermato) mi accorgo di avere ordinato il colore sbagliato. Allora contatto il venditore e cerco di annullare l’ordine e non vuole. Ho chiesto quindi di modificarlo, ma mi viene detto che la taglia 44 da uomo c’è mentre la taglia 40 da donna no e che può mandarmi una taglia 40 da uomo. Dico di no perché la calzata è diversa e mi viene detto che non possono farci nulla, o così o niente (e niente rimborso xkè l’errore è mio, quando invece esistono le leggi sul diritto di recesso)! Ma vabbè, accetto di ricevere le scarpe di un’altra misura. Beh a distanza di 56 giorni ricevo le scarpe da uomo taglia 44, invece nessuna notizia di quelle da donna spedite nello stesso momento. Sono passati altri 15 giorni e mi viene detto che sono andate perse e che me ne spediscono altre. Allora dico che voglio il rimborso perché non aspetto altri 50giorni. Mi viene negato insistendo con la rispedizione del pacco. MAI PIÙ DHGATE!!!

Quando dovete effettuare un ordine prima di lamentarvi che non vi arriva,che è una truffa, che il sito è cinese,dovete prima vedere quanti ordini ha fatto quel prodotto per essere certi di non avere truffe,e poi vedere il prezzo perché se il prezzo è troppo basso di certo avrete la qualità per cui avrete pagato,ma se spendete quel qualcosina in più vi arriva della merce che nn avrete proprio idea.
Fidatevi di me che compro e vendo su DHgate da molto tempo ,vedete sempre quanti ordini abbia venduto quel prodotto e sono sicuro che rimarrete contenti
