I bought this game because it is basically a 2024 version of the old Dungeon Raid, that unfortunately is not available anymore on the App Store. I still have an iPod touch with that game installed and play it, from time to time. It was a gem and this one basically is the copy/paste version of it. It is playable and it has the feeling of the old game, but I liked more the cartoon deformed graphic of Dungeon Raid. I think the “cool graphic look” was unnecessary and it clunks the game a bit. Also, the game feels slightly off balance in the Very Hard difficulty with the first appearing enemies having way too much health. Anyway I’m enjoying it so far and I can see it’s updated often, so I can add stars if the upcoming versions deserve it. Too bad for the art style.
