App si scollega alle telecamere
L app si scollega alle telecamere quando vado per clikkare sulla singola telecamera per vedere i dettagli...ma questa cosa la fa dall inizio che L ho installata sul mio iPhone 6....vorrei sapere se agli altri fa la stessa cosa e se è possibile risolvere ,perché ogni volta devo spegnere e riaccendere il DVR e la connessione si stabilisce....poi quando apro L app anche se L ho aggiornata mi chiede di fare L aggiornamento altrimenti devo cliccare sull SKIP....se risolvete tutti questi problemi e L app andrà una meraviglia!!

L’applicazione è buona e funziona tutto sommato abbastanza bene. Dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento, però, nonostante sia stato effettuato, al riavvio continua a chiedere insistentemente di riaggiornare alla versione già installata. Se ne esce solo cliccando su skip. Speriamo risolvano presto.
Non funziona senza copertura WI-Fi
Dopo gli ultimi aggiornamenti non posso più vedere le telecamere senza copertura Wi-FI. Quindi quando sono fuori non ho più la possibilità di interrogare il sistema e vedere le telecamere.
Dopo la recensione sono stato subito contattato dall'assistenza e con grande professionalità hanno risolto il problema.
Pertanto devo, correttamente, rivedere la recensione ed assegnare 5 stelle.
