Disgraceful experience

Booked a car for daily rent, paid in advance. The car gps location was wrong, so it was impossible to retrieve.
Customer service made me walk 20 minutes under 45 degrees sun to “look for the car” or suggested I take a cab and go searching for it in the area - which was the whole of JBR

Very bad service and a lot of hidden cost. They seem to be used to charge you penalties and fees on purpose. Be careful. I used it twice. The first time I spent two hours looking for the car that wasn’t there. The second time one day rental I have been charged for whatever they wanted. Thief this Is the name of such a company!!!
