Se si ha la costanza di applicarsi un poco ogni giorno i risultati arrivano. Non ci si devono ovviamente aspettare miracoli e men che meno istantanei, ma gli esercizi proposti sono un aiuto prezioso per capire ed individuare i muscoli su cui lavorare ed il modo in cui farlo. Sono felice dell’acquisto fatto.
