The app many time don’t work correctly, it is impossible to send help request to the bank, many services are always out of service !!!!! NO good service for the customer of NBD

Today I had another proof that emirates NBD customer service is completely useless.
If you check a previous review, you can see the reply from the bank that asks to write an email to them with screenshots attached and explain the issues, we’ll, I just did it and as a response I received a generic email that asks to restart the phone and the app and, if not enough, to CALL a number in UAE.
Again, instead of giving an easy solution or the possibility to fix this via email, we are forced to call a number that probably will be an automated answering system with a series of sub menus to follow that most probably won’t fix the issue.
If you care about your customers, you must make their life easy, not complicated also, if the new app doesn’t not provide, CHANGE IT.
I hope you’ll follow these simple advices or you will lose many clients, there are so many banks nowadays, we will chose the most performing one .

The old app was amazing, simple intuitive and perfectly working.
The new app is horrid, nothing is easy or clear. When I check all my transaction I’m not even able to filter by in or out.

The website is even worse. Not able to see any transaction at all, I can only download the statements. And if I pay a bill, it ask me to authorise with my app, but nothing happens in my app, I don’t receive anything that I can click and accept.

Please either fix everything (o believe the person who designed the new app and website should really work hard to fix it), or reinstall the old version.

Believe me this is not my only opinion, all my friends who have emirates nbd bank they are very frustrated!

Click on it and you will be able to view all pending requests awaiting authorization.
