The app is easy to use, the trip planner is very cool, but it doesn’t show the tickets’ prices so it’s necessary to use another app to see how much your amazing trip could cost. Please, implement this app and it will be PERFECT❤️

works so bad

the app would be nice and easy to use, if it worked!! during my first week of interrail it stopped showing activated tickets every time I closed it, so I had to keep the app open for the whole train trips with the anxiety that my tickets could vanish every moment; then that problem was solved, I’m not sure if thanks to the costumer service or by itself, and now on my second week my pass disappeared and the only way to make it reappear was to add it again, which means it created a new trip and I now have to add all my trains again to that trip because the one I was using is now not connected to a pass anymore and I had literally every train I’ll have to take already saved there so I’ll have to do all that work another time; who knows what will happen next week? for the money that we’re paying and considering that there’s no way to have your tickets available if the app is not working this is really really really bad and it’s influencing the quality of my trip a lot
