Ottima la nuova app . Intuitiva e veloce da usare.
Forse si potrebbe inserire la memorizzazione dei dati di carta di credito per la prenotazione che in questo caso diventa un notevole rallentamento della procedura .
Pessimi
Non giudico l’app ma il servizio offerto dal gestore. Ho avuto un problema con una prenotazione (acquistata sù Booking ma a monte disdetta da loro ovviamente) mezz’ora prima della consegna dell’auto. Recatomi nella sede di Napoli mi offrono un’auto più piccola (da Fiesta si passa a Panda). Mostro la mail della prenotazione annullata specificando che vorrei almeno spesa e servizio simile accontentandomi di un’auto più piccola. Nella fretta non ho verificato il contratto e firmato fidandomi. Da 87€ dell’iniziale Fiesta si passava a ben 132€ per una Panda già tanto di suo!! Invece alla riconsegna mi sono accorto che avevano cambiato i giorni di noleggio richiesti (scritto sul contratto frettolosamente firmato in piccolo carattere ovviamente) e la cifra sale al doppio...175€!!!!
Spero in una svista e un chiarimento...ma al loro servizio clienti insistono....quindi non si tratta di un errore ma di un fatto voluto.
EVITATE QUESTO GESTORE!! Non fidatevi...

Finalmente ottima
Se in precedenza non erano chiari i km disponibili al noleggio tramite app, dando per sotto inteso che ce ne fossero 100 al giorno, adesso il chilometraggio è chiarito essere illimitato e l'app è ECCELLENTE.
Prezzi anche vantaggiosi.
