eWork is the App for the attendance record and virtual clocking of employees working out of the company and who need to record the working hours spent in different workplaces.
In particular is used by those who:
- give home care assistance and personal services (HCS , PCA , DHCS , IHCS)
- make cleaning services and facilities for companies
- make household services as therapist, nurses, healthcare assistants, in-home nurses, etc.
- work in a construction site
- work in the logistic field to track deliverings (carriers, drivers, truck drivers, etc.)

eWork detects the geolocation and sends it to the back-end system that works as a collector. The Company receives in real-time the following records:
- attendance record, geolocated and visible on the map of your personnel
- general calendar of done jobs, with information about the ended jobs and the current ones
- working hours spent per commission, project and client
- data economic enhancement, ready for the invoicing
- absence, time off and smart working requests with a customizable approval process
- holidays remainings and time off communication
- attendance and absence exportable data, ready with causals for the payroll processing.
It stands out from competitors for its quality and safety, with 6 anti-fraud control proprietary algorithms: the great part of the other apps can be easily altered in their own clocking and attendance record also by people with average IT skills.
