Missing rules

Very fun app, I play with friends while watching the entire season of F1
The only problem that we don’t understand is something with rules
Something drivers retire themselves from the race and they are not always counted, we will just know better the rules or in case fix this problem

I was wondering if sixteen- year- old people could use your app, and in case of a right prediction of the race, use also the two tickets that you offer for free, but without an adult.
