Per me buono e sempre in miglioramento

Salve ho Facebook dal 2008 e per me è un ottimo mezzo per socializzare e conoscere persone nuove,soprattutto in questo periodo difficile;finalmente ho modalità dark che mi piace molto e rilassa la vista;la nuova sezione dating la trovo un po’ inutile se devo essere sincero,avrei messo qualcosa di più utile😉Per il resto nulla da dire,buona app,pratica,intuitiva il Facebook ora come ora mi piace;vorrei modificare il mio nome perché c’è una lettera maiuscola che in realtà andrebbe minuscola ma non si può😔Complimenti a tutto il team Facebook io non potrei fare a meno di voi😝

Peggior app di sempre

È quasi scandaloso che un app del genere venga approvata sull’App Store. Partendo dal presupposto che manca la dark mode, cito solo alcuni bug che sono presenti da anni, altrimenti non finirei più. Lag nella sezione notizie, crash continui e improvvisi. Se si mette “like” ad un post, scorrendo nella home, a causa di un bug grafico, l’app segnala che è stato messo “like” anche ad un altro post, quando non è affatto vero. L’assistenza è inesistente, anche per problemi gravi causati da loro stessi, come ad esempio alcune notifiche push che inviano, le quali non si sa se sono un bug o cosa. Ovviamente se li contatti, dicono che non forniscono assistenza riguardo ad un problema che è stato riscontrato da milioni di utenti (e causato da loro stessi). Inoltre spesso l’app si disconnette da sola e alcune funzioni sono inutilizzabili. È una vergogna, dato che i problemi sono comuni, sono replicabili e accadono su smartphone di ultima generazione ed aggiornati. Segnalare non serve a nulla, perché non risolvono comunque niente, anzi inseriscono nuovi bug. Gli aggiornamenti, infatti, sono inutili: peggiorano solo l’app. Ripeto, peggior app di sempre!

Edit: Con l’ultimo aggiornamento addirittura non arrivano più le notifiche push per i tag e così via. Non ci sono più parole. Una vergogna!

Raga...

Dò 3 stelle solo perché mi ha salvato da un impiccio veramente grosso ma se dovessi valutare solo l’applicazione con le sue funzionalità e caratteristiche metterei proprio 0 stelle. Mi sono totalmente spariti gli album “Foto del diario”, “Instagram” e “Caricamenti dal cellulare”. Mi sono state accorpate tutte le foto in mezzo a tutte le altre di tutti gli altri album e mi è impossibile trovarle. Sto cercando di spostarle in un unico album ma ci metterò un’eternità, soprattutto perché DA MOBILE NON È POSSIBILE SPOSTARE UNA FOTO DA UN ALBUM A UN ALTRO. Inoltre nella versione web non è disponibile la funzione “Seleziona”, quindi devo spostare le foto una ad una, e ogni volta devo riniziare da capo con la ricerca perché una volta spostata una foto si ricarica la pagina e devo nuovamente superare tutte le foto dei miei album. Ragazzi ma ... devo commentare oltre? D: cioè è di una scomodità unica e assurda D: non ho parole!
