Un grande classico
Dopo 8 anni, ancora non mi stanco di farci una partitina veloce ogni tanto e vedere se riesco a battere i miei record personali. Purtroppo i record online non funzionano piu, ma rimane comunque un prodotto fantastico.
Meraviglioso
Final Freeway 2R trae ancora ispirazione da Outrun, ma lo migliora talmente tanto da porsi in diretta competizione con Outrun 2.
La varietà di stage è imponente, tutti realizzati egregiamente, la grafica ulteriormente raffinata mantiene il suo carattere vintage arcade senza rinunciare all'innovazione tecnica come framerate fluidissimo e risoluzione retina. Il gameplay è il piatto forte: il gioco risulta permissivo e poco punitivo, il feedback della trazione funziona a meraviglia e risulta palpabile. L'aggiunta della scelta colore auto e del personaggio aggiunge una componente di personalizzazione indubbiamente gradita. Il comparto sonoro di sicuro effetto, in finale, sarà l'adrenalina di questa folle corsa.
Spero che nei futuri aggiornamenti si abbia la possibilità di scegliere altre automobili e di impreziosire gli avversari e magari aggiungere qualche sfida.
Insomma, bravi bravissimi. Vale molto più di quello che costa, senza dubbio.
