What?
Can’t make firmware update of poweradd smartband v6 Mac 1333. The app says “ new firmware available” but there isn’t any switch for download it. No information about the difference of heart monitoring from static or dynamic, what the difference of static and dynamic?
Can’t add more of 3 alarm and don’t make continuously heart monitoring. A lot of time the healt monitoring say error when try to make it.
Biggest problem is that the function of power on display when turning the wrist toward the face is useless because doesn’t function anytime. To see the time you have to click on the smartband. The function switch is on but it doesn’t function.
URGENT: latest App version crashes
Starting with the latest version released three days ago (2.0.0), I’m no longer able to use the app. It sistemately crash every time I try to run the app if the bluetooth is turned on and my S6 watch is paired. Same behaviour on two different iPhones (IPhone 6 and iPhone Xr). The app runs and does no longer crash if no watch has been paired (of course it is useless) - pls check and fix it ASAP, thanks!
