Autista molto bravo
Con la presente vorrei segnalare il lodevole intervento dell’autista della linea 519, tratta Roma- Zurigo, nel giorno 27 settembre. Il Sig. Gianni ha infatti saputo gestire con professionalità e fermezza l’infrazione della normativa sul fumo da parte di un passeggero. Quest’ultimo, chiusosi in bagno per fumare,ha suscitato dapprima la disapprovazione dei passeggeri,r esisi conto del fumo che usciva dalla porta, poi ha provocato l’accensione della spia. Il signor Gianni, si è quindi fermato alla stazione di servizio più vicina per accertare personalmente il fatto è poi, una volta a Bologna,ha fatto scendere il passeggero colpevole.
Mia madre ed io siamo rimaste colpite dal coraggio del vostro autista,visto e considerato che il passeggero fumatore non era solo,ma accompagnato da altri suoi connazionali.
Sento di viaggiare più sicura con autisti come il sig. Gianni.
Le aziende sono fatte dalle persone.
Uso spesso servizi pubblici per i miei spostamenti, e sopratutto sono un professionista del settore movimento persone, detto ciò: È più semplice giustificare un disservizio di un mezzo ( ad esempio un sedile rotto più tosto che il wc non utilizzabile o in ritardo sulla tratta ) che una mancanza di tatto da parte del personale che rappresenta l’azienda. Ho preso il bus che parte da taranto alle h 11:00 e arriva alle h 20:00 a rimini del gg 14 ottobre 2019. Sul bus mi sembra di capire che ci sono oltre i 2 autisti anche altri due autisti o comunque dipendenti dell’azienda Flixbus, i loro commenti fatti ad alta voce e la dialettica che usano non è consone ad una persona di grande responsabilità quale loro occupano, non commento l’operato del servizio in essere, ma il comportamento degli uomini che sono. Peccato, un po’ di signorilità non guasta mai. Sono soddisfatto? In linea di massima si. Riutilizzerei nuovamente FlixBus? Certo. Come ho detto prima, il più bello degli autobus lasciato in mano di personale poco fino porta in secondo piano tutto il sistema FlixBus. Ispettori, che girano in incognito non sarebbe male. Questa è la mia personalissima valutazione.
È un buon servizio
Non date ascolto alle recensioni negative. Questa settimana ho usato i bus di FlixBus in 4 paesi: Danimarca, Germania, Austria, Italia. Sono ok, sono veloci, puntuali. I bus sono in più che buone condizioni. L’unico mio problema con loro è che prima di acquistare un biglietto per un viaggio che prevedeva attraversare la Svizzera non mi hanno informato che c’era bisogno del visto per transitare il paese. E allora non ho potuto prendere quel bus - l’ho anche aspettato per 3 ore a Köln per niente e i soldi spesi per l’acquisto del biglietto sono andati nelle loro tasche. Niente rimborso e nessun buono. Aggiornate l’applicazione con tutte le informazioni di cui ha bisogno il viaggiatore e prima di acquistare il biglietto vorrei vedere non solo la prima e l’ultima città ma anche tutte le altre fermate che fa il pullman così so se devo fare il visto per la Svizzera la prossima volta. Quindi tutto sommato per adesso vi do 3 stelle. Fate i bravi e smettete di fregare la gente che vi paga la cena
