Horrible airlines
Horrible experience with FlyOne! The flight from Rome was scheduled for 8:00 PM, but 20 passengers were left behind in the airport because the airline simply didn’t open the check-in counter for luggage drop-off. Some passengers who didn’t need to check luggage were allowed on board, and the plane departed without the rest of us at 3:45 AM. We waited with no information or assistance from FlyOne representatives. Completely unacceptable organization and lack of care for passengers. I do not recommend FlyOne due to their negligent attitude towards customers!
The app doesn’t work for years
Great app, but unfortunately it doesn’t work for years and since the company didn’t fix it in all this time, I guess it’s definitely not a priority and it’s a shame.
For instance - I can not digit anything in the field ‘from’ and ‘to’ in order to search and buy a ticket…
