Delivery time not accurate
The app works pretty much well, however delivery time is not accurate, and this can be a problem.
Twice in row I received my food 30 minutes earlier (while the app still showed 30 min to receive my order). This can be good sometimes, but not in my case. Once I was showering and another time I wasn’t home. Bad experiences
If this will be fixed, I would rate the app 4/5 stars.

Hello, thank you for letting us know. We apologize for earlier delivery, we understand this could be a problem. If the food is about to be prepared earlier than expected, the courier or the restaurant should call you and ask you if you agree with that. Bad service
I used their service twice and both of the time I didn’t receive the order on time. Also you cannot even call anybody after 10 pm to know where your order is.
The customer support doesn’t exist.
