Some of your readers doesn’t read & understand the questions first & just answer without thinking and not so clear answer hope you fix this because we don’t pick our money on the street to get clarity…thanks and hope this sort out

I asked a question and he answered me with a question, the application asks me to pay to answer him but I have already paid and I have not had a reading I would like a refund
