La svolta per noi tassisti
In un mondo dove oramai tutto gira intorno alle app , hai la garanzia di non essere derubato in mezzo alla strada da gente ubriaca e strafatta che si lancia mentre il taxi è in corsa
La possibilità di avere i dati del cliente , cellulare e carta di credito registrata a suo nome , riduce del 99% i “rischi” del mestiere , se poi aggiungi la possibilità di scegliere dove e come lavorare in base alle tue necessità personali , … direi per me personalmente la svolta
La prima versione funzionava meglio
In aeroporto la posizione in coda non è ben chiara a volte visualizza una posizione molto più alta delle auto effettivamente in attesa per tornare alla realtà qualche minuto dopo o dopo aver chiuso e riaperto l’applicazione
La coda in aeroporto non ha mai funzionato correttamente forse sarebbe il caso di tornare alle origini per offrire un servizio migliore
Inoltre spesso le prenotazioni non vengono visualizzate nella lista delle corse accettate e non si avvia la navigazione salvo poi ricevere il messaggio di corsa annullata pochi minuti prima della corsa creando quindi un disservizio verso i nostri clienti
Da rivedere
App da rivedere, rimane la notifica di prenotazione delle corse quando in realtà non ce ne sono, i pagamenti tramite app risultano lenti col rischio che il cliente si innervosisce e se ne va senza aspettare la conferma del pagamento. Rinnovo l’invito di cambiare le mappe di navigazione con quelle Waze in quanto sono le uniche abilitate al calcolo di percorsi per taxi, il rischio di perdere corse per “tempi di attesa non realistici” si ridurrebbero di molto. Suggerisco anche la sospensione del servizio a chi prende le corse e le annulla l’istante dopo in quanto risulta essere una corsa “poco redditizia”.
