Alzare l’asticella è obbligatorio

Faccio parte da ormai 6 anni e della comunità e adoro assolutamente le modalità di allenamento che questa app regala.
È bellissimo inoltre il loro servizio clienti (support per gli amici) che ascolta ogni recensione facendo sì che tante idee di noi atleti diventino spesso e volentieri realtà.
Detto questo, è necessario alzare l’asticella, soprattutto per quanto riguarda l’ultima della novità, cioè i TJ di corsa: a mio avviso viene data pochissima importanza al riscaldamento e questo non è tollerabile per un app che vuol creare uno stile di vita sano basato sul conoscersi e migliorarsi costantemente.
Inoltre, essendo un triatleta, riterrei intelligente inserire un nuovo TJ che integri Run+Pesi, costruzione fondamentale nel periodo invernale.
Inoltre, sarebbe SPETTACOLARE arrivare ad avere alcuni Journeys a medio lungo termine per costruire macro e micro cicli... ritengo quindi che questa sia l’unica mancanza a questa magnifica app!!!

Quando gli aggiornamenti risultano in peggioramenti

Premetto dicendo che uso freeletics da ormai 2 anni e mezzo e, assieme ad una buona alimentazione, mi ha portato ad ottimi risultati ed a cambiamenti visibili nel mio fisico che non ero mai riuscita a fare tramite app o metodi “fai da te”. Purtroppo mi tocca dare 3 stelle, perchè nel corso del tempo ho trovato che gli aggiornamenti, invece che migliorare la app, l’abbiano peggiorata. Dall’impostazione dei giorni di esercizio in anticipo, che trovo difficile pre-programmare dati i vari impegni, al blocco della schermata ogni volta che si presenta un esercizio nuovo. Senza contare i tipi di esercizi, che molto spesso, paiono non tenere conto dei tipi di feedback che si erano dati in precedenza. Continuerò a usare freeletics, sperando in miglioramenti, almeno in questo senso. La competizione nel campo del fitness è ormai molto elevata, e trovo sia importante almeno aggiustare questi problemi, per non rischiare di perdere dei fedeli clienti.
Finisco con nota positiva, dicendo che il customer care è stato impeccabile, sono stati molto gentili e disponibili nel momento in cui ho avuto problemi
