Non posso recensire il foto quadro perché non è mai arrivato!Non c’è assistenza,nessuno che risponde alle mail( e ne ho mandate parecchie)È un mese che aspetto che qualcuno mi dica qualcosa!ho perso i soldi di una spedizione che non so se è mai avvenuta!Davvero un app che cancellerò e farò cancellare a tutti quelli che conosco!A parer mio siete una fregatura bella e buona! Delusione!!! Ho messo una stella perché obbligata dal loro sistema!

App PhotoTiles 👎🏻
L’app all’inizio funzionava bene, ho fatto circa 3 ordini di cui sono rimasta abbastanza soddisfatta, ma alla 4ª spedizione fatta ad AGOSTO 2020 sono iniziati i problemi: uno dei miei ordini ha impiegato un mese e mezzo per arrivare, mese e mezzo in cui ho dovuto tartassare di mail il servizio Clienti prima che mi rispondessero.
Alla fine sono stata ricontatta e mi hanno chiesto di aspettare altri 10 giorni, al termine dei quali non ho ricevuto la mia spedizione. Alla fine l'assistenza mi ha risposto all’ennesima mail dicendomi che il mio ordine si era perso per due volte e dovevo fare una richiesta di rimborso. Dopo questo passaggio ho ricevuto il mio ordine pensando che fosse stato solo per quella volta (capita mi dissi). Ho effettuato un nuovo ordine il 28 Gennaio 2021. Sono 2 mesi che non so che fine abbia fatto il mio ordine! Ho già inviato 2 mail al servizio clienti che per ben due volte mi ha risposto con una mail generata automaticamente.

Gentile Anna, ci dispiace per quanto accaduto. Sfortunatamente stiamo osservando dei rallentamenti nella produzione e spedizione, dovuti all'emergenza sanitaria ancora in corso e le consegne stanno subendo dei ritardi. Il trasporto è affidato a corrieri esterni, speriamo quindi possa comprendere che ogni inconveniente durante il percorso non dipende da noi ma dall'azienda incaricata della consegna. Ad ogni modo, abbiamo osservato che una nostra operatrice la stia già seguendo tramite e-mail.
Consiglio
Nonostante ci sia stato un disguido con l’ordine (poiché il pacco era stato smarrito e le e-mail mi arrivavano in spam e quindi credevo di non aver ricevuto risposta), l’azienda ha provveduto ad un’altra spedizione. Do 4 stelle per questa brutta esperienza, altrimenti ne avrei date 5 dato che sono un’azienda seria che conosco anche tramite le app per le foto ed i fotolibri.
