Good app, messy cleaning condition policy

Everything good, car owner was really welcoming with info and messages.
Only bad point: Getaround requires you give back the car in the same clean condition as you found it. I found it externally dirty, but how to know if after the rental the car is more dirty or not, if it was dusty already? To not have extra charge I washed and vacuumed internally on my own expense.
Conclusion: car owner and car itself really good, cleaning condition and Getaround policy definitely to improve!
