I have paid but the app doesn’t allow me to see the content

I have renewed my subscription and after a week the app still interrupts videos after 2 minutes asking me to pay. I have reported this situation to customer support but after an entire week they still have not been able to fix it and have stopped answering emails for 2 days. The phone number is only a voicemail service where you leave a message you never actually speak to someone.

I would be happy to take a deeper look into this for you on my end. Would you mind sending a new email into support@glo.com at the attention of Alessandra so it gets directed to me? I look forward to hearing from you!
