Pathetic company

App is full of bugs.
Say the one tax free invoice is rejected then then next day accepted. Also the tax refund amount is all wrong.
Can’t contact customer service directly.
The chat is currently not working.
Just all round the worst experience

I have tried to reset the password there is no email sent to reset it
