Un errore da correggere

Mi trovo benissimo con l’app, c’è solo un problemino, quando carico un annuncio nella sezione dei costi di spedizione automaticamente l’app seleziona un valore errato! Per il resto mi trovo benissimo!

L’app è molto bella ma quando cerco di contattare il venditore non mi fa mandare il messaggio dicendo che è un errore sconosciuto, di cosa si tratta? Posso fare qualcosa per metterlo a posto o è solo un bug?
