Cheapest and easiest way to buy GA tickets

App works well and is simple to use.
Only gripe is that some tickets are not available as e-tickets and you have to collect them - reason for this is not explained.

hi, thanks for the review. So e-tickets are enabled by the train operator so we've enabled them for all single and return journeys on Greater Anglia trains. If you ever spot any that isn't, let us know at contactcentre@greateranglia.co.uk. Season tickets are on smartcard and we're currently trialing a digital weekly season ticket on the Norwich to Great Yarmouth route. Hopefully this helps!
