Piattaforma seria e affidabile
Trovo che groupon, relativa app e servizio clienti siano molto ben strutturati. Sono cliente abituale e ho avuto problematiche legate agli oggetti solo 3 volte (su almeno una 30ina di ordini effettuati). Le problematiche che ho riscontrato riguardavano la non conformita’ dell’oggetto (taglie diverse da quelle ordinate) e contattando groupon ho sempre risolto con un rimborso senza necessita’ di solleciti. Le risposte del servizio clienti sono celeri, la tracciabilita’ della spedizione e’ affidabile e precisa. Sarebbe opportuno ampliare l’offerta degli articoli di abbigliamento e shopping in un periodo come questo in cui non e’ possibile o sconsigliato acquistare buoni ristorazione o servizi.

Adoro Groupon perché ci sono sempre un sacco di buonissime offerte a prezzi molto vantaggiosi! Ho acquistato corsi di lingua online, oggetti vari, sedute di bellezza in centri estetici e devo dire che i prezzi molte volte sono anche troppo bassi per la qualità elevata delle prestazioni acquistate (per es. quelle di bellezza), inoltre le spedizioni di oggettistica sono abbastanza veloci (3-5 gg lavorativi) e i prodotti sono buoni e il 90% delle volte italiani.
Ottimo anche per regalare qualcosa a qualcuno, si fa sempre una bella impressione soprattutto su deal di bellezza! Io fatto un regalo meraviglioso alla suocera in un centro estetico ad un prezzo stracciatissimo!
