Use the virtual trainer, our model, to check how to properly do fitness exercises and to see which muscles you’ll use while exercising. You can also check your workout plans on Apple Vision Pro or Apple TV.
Keep track of your progress with detailed logs and charts, including weight loss, muscle gain, and performance improvements. Create your own workout plans or modify existing ones to fit your preferences.

The app is full of features—70+ features, 800+ exercises with 3D-animations, many workouts and 65+ statistics are waiting for you on iPhone, and 25+ features on the watch. You'll find everything in the unlimited Premium version. Download the app for free. Use the Premium version free for 7 days—then stay with us if you like what you experience. You can select to pay monthly or yearly, both start with the free trial. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. You'll find a feature list in the Settings menu, the price of monthly and yearly fee in your currency in the Shop. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions can be managed by the user and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's App Store Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.

L’app è fatta veramente bene, ha una notevole quantità di esercizi e l’integrazione con Apple Watch è notevole.
Solo una nota, non si riescono a inviare i work out creati ad altri amici, non gli arriva il link dell allenamento ma solo quello per scaricare app
Tutto ciò che serve!!!
App completa,ben studiata e accattivante nella grafica (anche l’occhio vuole la sua parte!). Una volta impostato il programma di allenamento (operazione che richiede soltanto qualche minuto) l’app segue alla perfezione (ripetizioni,carichi e recuperi) tutta la scheda di allenamento. Interessante l’animazione che illustra ogni singolo esercizio qualora si fosse dei neofiti. Personalmente la uso su Apple Watch,ed é tutto ciò che mi serve in sala pesi! Perfetta!!!

Da quando ho quest’app riesco realmente a rimanere concentrato sull’obbiettivo anche al di fuori della palestra.
Tutto ciò che ti serve e abbinata all’appello watch è il top.
Cuffie musica e L’app ti dice quando riprendere le serie !
