The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

Funziona a meraviglia

Headspace funziona a meraviglia! I video introduttivi alle sessioni di meditazione aiutano a comprendere il tipo di approccio che ci vuole per intraprendere questo viaggio così importante.
La voce dell”istruttore è giusta, calma e dà le istruzioni al tempo necessario, gradevolmente.
Per chi non ha dimestichezza con l’inglese può essere motivo di apprendimento. Col tempo si impareranno le poche parole usate: be aware :)

Bella, ma a che prezzo

Ho scaricato Headspace in quanto aveva ottime valutazioni sia su App Store che su internet. Le sessioni sono guidate e questo aiuta molto anche chi, come me, non aveva mai meditato prima d’ora. La grafica dell’app è accattivante ed ho trovato le animazioni dei video stupende. Tuttavia, dopo aver terminato tutte le sessioni gratuite disponibili (circa 17, per un totale di 2 ore di meditazione), si è costretti ad acquistare l’app a caro prezzo: 12,99€ al mese (7,92€ al mese se si opta per l’annuale). Prezzo un pò troppo alto, considerando che ci sono altre app totalmente gratuite.

Tantissimo materiale!

L’app è molto ben fatta, con corsi di meditazione, singoli per ogni momento della giornata e simpaticissimi video a cartone animato. Al momento sto finendo il corso basics 1 (l’unico gratis) e mi sta aiutando molto a gestire le emozioni, ma il prezzo per l’abbonamento è davvero alto, purtroppo. Capisco ci sia del gran lavoro dietro, si apprezza tutto, ma costa comunque un sacco...
