IOS Problema immissione ritiro e riconsegna.
l’app non riconosce l’immissione del luogo di ritiro e riconsegna anche essendo stato selezionato. Naturalmente non ti lascia andare avanti con la prenotazione visto che è presente un messaggio di errore. Questo problema su IOS ce l’ho da quando uso l’app cioè 3 anni, speravo che risolvessero senza scrivere una recensione ma ad ogni aggiornamento non vedo alcuna risoluzione di problemi che esistono già da parecchio. Spero che risolvano questo problema visto che per prenotare devo usare il il sito internet.
NCS: non ci siamo!
Applicazione assai deludente. Non ci aspetterebbe da un’azienda come Hertz un’app simile. Lenta, poco ottimizzata, non in linea con le dimensioni dello schermo e spesso righe di testo che si sovrappongono. Inoltre, visto che Hertz non invia più tessere fisiche per i soci del Club, la tessera socio andrebbe inserita nel Wallet come già fa la National. Spesso l’app non si avvia nemmeno, ho provato a disinstallare e reinstallare, ma niente. Poi all’improvviso è tornata in funzione da se.
Urge una ristrutturazione totale dell’app e l’aggiunta della tessera socio nel Wallet.
Non riconosce agenzia di consegna e ritiro. Grafica ancora per schermi piccoli.
Quando si inserisce una agenzia di consegna e ritiro la app da errore. Bisogna procedere da Desktop. Inoltre la grafica non è adattata a iPhone X. Sarebbe il caso di investire di più nello sviluppo della App mobile che per questo genere di servizi è fondamentale.
