Valida app, ma solo per casa privata.
L’app é molto valida e sicuramente consigliabile a tutti per tutte le caratteristiche che ha giá. Purtroppo non é utilizzabile a livello di azienda produttiva, perché l’attuale struttura dell’app sarebbe perfettamente utilizzabile anche per descrivere un impianto di produzione industriale, ma manca una galleria di forme tipiche per quell’uso (macchinari, celle frigorifere, carrelli elevatori, scaffalature per magazzino, silos di stoccaggio, ecc.).
Potrebbe essere anche utile poter inserire delle forme anonime (cubi, cilindri, parallelepipedi) se fosse possibile assegnare un nome poi visibile sia in 2D che in 3D.

Troppi Bugs e poca propensione alla condivisione professionale
Sul mio iPad Pro, l’applicazione non è stabile e a volte si chiude da sola. Ho fatto la prova anche con un altro modello di iPad Pro ma la situazione non cambia. Andando a modificare una parete o ad eliminare una porta, mi cancella anche gli arredi inseriti (non sempre). Manca poi il supporto per l’esportazione in file dwg per autocad, per permettere una lettura delle planimetrie in altri programmi professionali. Il pdf che genera è senza quote e a bassissima risoluzione. Non prevede la possibilità di avere un terreno in pendenza. Se non hai gia previsto inizialmente di avere un piano interrato, non si può più realizzare una volta fatto il progetto e bisogna ricominciare da capo. Il tetto che ti fa realizzare è molto grezzo e poco definito, con texture enormi rispetto alla realtà. C’è veramente tanto da fare per renderlo più completo e davvero utile.
Buono ma non ancora ottimo!
L’app è intuitiva e facile da utilizzare.
Non do le 5 stelle perché la funzione “ancora” va assolutamente migliorata: a volte aiuta nella costruzione della casa ma moltissime volte intralcia il lavoro perché non permette di gestire gli spigoli e se le stanze non sono perfettamente allineate risulta impossibile posizionarle all’interno del progetto.
Forse sono io che non riesco a disattivare la funzione, nel caso riuscissi o se lo sviluppatore migliorerà questa funzione allora le 5 stelle saranno d’obbligo!
