Altijd en overal inzicht in je cash
Middels data analyse worden cash transacties vertaald naar waardevolle informatie voor het managen van de contante geldstromen binnen je (retail) organisatie. Wij maken het mogelijk om cash systemen zeer eenvoudig te koppelen aan iedere willekeurige POS. Hierdoor kan binnen de retail de cash als een gesloten geheel behandeld worden, zowel Front-End als Back-End, en beide met data uit de POS! Op afstand altijd inzicht en controle.
De Insight APP geeft je inzicht over het contante geld binnen de onderneming.
Inhoud:
Gedetailleerd overzicht van het huidige voorraadniveau. Het aantal munten / bankbiljetten en het niveau van de recyclers wordt per denominatie gespecificeerd.
Notificaties:
Schakel pushmeldingen in. Ontvang meldingen op uw telefoon wanneer actie op uw machine vereist is. Er worden meldingen verzonden wanneer zich gebeurtenissen voordoen, zoals: Recyclers zijn leeg / bijna leeg, Cassette vol / bijna vol, Verifiëren en Systeemfouten.
EOD overzicht:
Overzicht van de eindtotalen en relevante contante transacties, bijvoorbeeld: betalingen, aanvulling, uitbetaling, cassette verwijderd en de begin- / eindstand. Voor elke machine wordt het EOD-overzicht aangemaakt.
