This app helps you locate 12P / Pons-Brooks in the night sky. Just hold your device up to the sky and find the red target marker on the screen. That's where the comet is! The app uses your location and up-to-date ephemerides from the NASA JPL's Horizons database to calculate the comet's position.

Mappa all’incontrario! Peccato, ci speravo tanto che mi indicasse il punto dove si trova la cometa!!!

The app needs your location and access to the compass in order to be working correctly. That doesn't seem to be the case for you. Go to the Setting App, Privacy, then Location Services. Check that the Comet NEOWISE app has access to you location. In addition, tap on "System Services" and make sure "Compass Calibration" is turned on.
