At idealista we have the most complete app to buy, sell or rent any property in Spain, Italy and Portugal.
If you want to sell or rent a property on our app you will have all the tools to publish it and find a buyer or tenant in record time. If you are looking for a house, a parking space, a room to rent or any other type of property, we have more than a million listings at your disposal.
Some of the things you can do with our app if you are looking for a property are:
• Draw your area of interest on the map. Enter the idealista map and draw the limits of the search area with your finger. Once drawn, we will show you all the listings within the area that meet your requirements and you will be able to see the map of all the properties to compare them at a glance. It's that easy.
• Find properties near you. Allow the idealista app to access your location to show you available properties in the vicinity.
• Activate alerts and notifications to find out first. If you are looking for a room or a house, you will know how important it is to be first in line. For this reason, we have our immediate alert system. Carry out a search on idealista with the area and the requirements you are interested in and save it with a name. Activate the alerts for that search and every time a new listing is published that meets your criteria or a property is reduced in price, we will let you know with an immediate notification on your mobile phone.
• Chat with the advertisers to solve all your doubts or arrange a visit to see a property.
• Create a tenant profile. In our app you can create a profile to introduce yourself when you contact an advertiser and have more chances of being the tenant of the property you are interested in.

You can now create lists to keep your favourite properties more organised. You can make a list of "garages near work", properties "if they go down in price" or "rent in the centre". And if you start dreaming, a list of "if I win the Euromillions" never hurts.

Applicazione molto utile, le agenzie maggior parte antipatici è molto scortesi!!!!
Sono dispiaciuta che molti appena sentono la voce di un straniero anche con tutti documenti in regola ti dicono affittato, richiamo dopo un giorno e mi dice e in trattativa !!!! Insomma tante agenzie che sicuramente non meritano il compenso di 15 per cento addirittura il 20 !!! Non fanno nulla e voglio solo i soldi!!!!

Ottima, però..
Applicazione ben strutturata, semplice ed intuitiva. La mia perplessità ricade solamente sul metro di giudizio secondo cui alcuni annunci vengono pubblicati. Mi spiego meglio; personalmente ritengo che debba esserci più attenzione prima di pubblicare gli annunci, in quanto alcuni non rispecchiano nemmeno lontanamente le caratteristiche enunciate nelle descrizione. Vi propongo un esempio concreto: ho visitato una villa, la quale inserzione affermava che ci fossero due piani. Una volta entrati e vista la casa, abbiamo scoperto, tramite agente immobiliare, che il piano superiore non fosse consonato... e nemmeno una piccola struttura nel giardino ! Ora, capisco le difficoltà del caso, però secondo me per rendere ottima quest’app bisognerebbe analizzare con più attenzione gli annunci che ogni giorno vengono pubblicati. Per il resto, fantastica !

App buona, purtroppo...
Purtroppo come le altre app di annunci non può esserci un controllo da parte dei programmatori, le agenzie quasi sempre lasciano gli annunci in lista per infinito tempo anche dopo aver affittato la soluzione proposta, facendo perdere tempo a chi ha bisogno. Diventa cosi necessario affidarsi a loro direttamente... le app di annunci diventan solo un volantino pubblicitario di merce inesistente.. togliendo cosi la possibilità ai privati di avere un luogo in cui trattare senza passare per il monopolio delle agenzie. Mettete gli annunci a tempo, ogni 2 giorni scade per esempio e così bisogna reinserirlo, magari un area personale in cui salvarli ma che richieda un azione fisica dell’utente per riproporlo sul sito...
ad oggi tutti quelli che ho contattato eran di agenzie e tutti eran ormai stati affittati...
