User experience should be improved
I have been using ING for a year now and the app returns errors every time I open it ( host name error). Furthermore every time I make any operation (transfer, add a new beneficiary in my contacts, …) I get “ Timeout: the request has been sent but the
server did not reply in the expected time.
Please try again.” To be honest it feels very disappointing and I hope this can be improved soon.
App from another century
This bank app is not functional at all and neither user friendly. To me seemed to be back of 10 years. Please change
