Worst delivery app in dubai
I have used it for 1 year and every time there was an issue. The estimated time of arrival is just a meaningless number, they never respect it. To have a refund InstaShop needs to have the approval from the store, and that makes no sense. I buy through the app, and I do not see why I have to wait for an approval by a third party through you purchased my goods. If the problem sits with the delivery is instashop’s problem. It is part of running a business, and you cannot link the refund for your lacks in delivery to the approval of the store, which has nothing to do with me. If I pay to you, and you don’t know how to handle and order, you refund me, not the store.
Clearly after this one I am uninstalling the app.
