Purchasing optionality issue

Overall, the app functions well, but there's a significant problem with the purchasing options. Currently, it only allows for the purchase of a large juice with an additional charge for the drink inside, making it inconvenient for those like me who prefer a smaller size to go. This price increase is particularly frustrating. It seems like a simple fix, so I'm unsure why it hasn't been addressed yet.

worst customer support ever in UAE!

I’ve been using the Joe & The Juice app for a while, and it’s been nothing but a headache. I’ve had constant issues with my points not being credited properly—12 separate instances due to app glitches that were never resolved! Even after multiple complaints, their customer service has been slow and unhelpful. On top of that, 5 of my monthly coffees were credited in Switzerland, a country I haven’t visited in two years, instead of the UAE where I live. Their response has been slow, with vague promises of fixing the issue but no real resolution. This level of incompetence and lack of communication is completely unacceptable, especially for loyal Pink Diamond customers like me. If you’re thinking about using the app, be prepared for nothing but technical issues and frustration. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone until they fix these ongoing problems and improve their customer service! This review highlights the negative aspects of the app’s functionality and poor customer service.
