Ottima app e ottima assistenza
Ho voluto provare questa app per salvare le mie password e devo dire che al momento sono rimasto contento. È sicuramente molto comoda perché velocizza le operazioni di cambio e salvataggio password. Inoltre è più sicura di altri metodi tradizionali perché basta ricordarsi solo la master password; tutte le altre pw non serve nemmeno diventar matti a ricordarsele e si può avere comodamente su più terminali. Inoltre avendo avuto un problema dovuto a mia sbadataggine, ho contattato l’assistenza che in men che non si dica mi ha risolto il problema e ripristinato il tutto. Meglio di così!
Quindi secondo la mia esperienza personale la consiglio; e vi consiglio anche di pagare l’abbonamento perché in caso di problemi intervengono immediatamente e ve li risolvono. Credetemi! le vostre molte password valgono molto più della piccola cifra annuale richiesta (e in fin dei conti chi lavora è anche giusto che sia pagato!)
Supporto keeper, mai assistenza fu migliore
Ho avuto problemi con l’ultimo aggiornamento iOS e il recupero password della versione free, contattato lo sviluppatore, mi è stata data assistenza rapida ed efficace. Per capirci, nel giro di poche ore ho recuperato tutto ciò che era salvato nell’app, e Mr John, che ha seguito la mia pratica, è stato così preciso da permettere anche il riaccredito del costo dell’app. Che dire, un’assistenza simile merita 6 stelle, peccato ce ne siano solo 5. Consigliata vivamente.
Buona, da migliorare sincronizzazione e costo
App molto buona, la uso da un paio d’anni, ho sottoscritto l’opzione a pagamento unlimited. Mi trovo complessivamente bene e manterrò l’abbonamento, la uso su più device ma la sincronizzazione tra di loro non è ottimale. Una voce creata su un dispositivo non si propaga immediatamente sugli altri, forse per un problema di gestione della cache, che è comprensibile quando si è offline ma se i dispositivi sono tutti connessi dovrebbe essere istantanea. Questo capita con nuove voci (creo nuova password su device A, non la trovo sugli altri, a meno di lanciare sincronizzazione manuale su tutti i device) ma sopratutto sugli aggiornamenti: aggiorno password su device A, apro successivamente device B, che in fase di sincronizzazione sovrascrive e ripristina la vecchia. Altro elemento che non mi fa dare il massimo del voto riguarda i servizi addizionali a pagamento: l’abbonamento unlimited dovrebbe sbloccare tutte le funzioni del tool, in particolare il sevizio che chiamano BreachWatch (controllo sei vari motori di ricerca, anche deep/dark web, se una password è stata violata. Per questo servizio, che altri provider offrono gratuitamente ma che è comodo avere integrato in un password manager, chiedono un abbonamento aggiuntivo, non mi sembra corretto. Capisco solo la spesa aggiuntiva richiesta per il servizio di storage di immagini, visto che occupa spazio disco, ma per il resto dovrebbe essere tutto incluso.
