KiTalbums are a new physical format of music that you purchase, like a CD or Vinyl, has all the accompanying items like album booklet, extra photos, beautiful packaging; much like a CD or Vinyl of old. But in the KiT player, you get everything you bought physically, digitally.

Videos won’t play on my phone

I have Taemin’s Kihno Video for his concert Off Sick. The videos can’t be played on my phone, they only work if I connect it to a Chromecast. If I tap on a video to play it, the screen remains fixed on the thumbnail and no video is played. I don’t think the problem is the Kihno Kit itself but the app. Please fix it as soon as possible.

It doesn’t work anymore

It worked decently till last update. Now I cannot play anymore. It feels like there is a kit but nope I am not trying to connecting anything and it keeps pop up error. Obviously, it doesn’t change anything when I am really trying to connect my kit...

doesn't work well

the app doesn't connect to my data saying that isn't the right format and also it wont me sing in cause it says that my email was already in your record when it's the first time I install the app
