There are three main subscription options:

3 month subscription with 30 day trial for $35.99 USD (or the equivalent in local currency), automatically renewed until cancelled.

6 month subscription with 30 day trial for $59.99 USD (or the equivalent in local currency), automatically renewed until cancelled.

12 month subscription with 30 day trial for $95.99 USD (or the equivalent in local currency), automatically renewed until cancelled.

If you have already subscribed to one of the main plans, cancel and choose to resubscribe you will be offered comparable plans with the 30 day free trials.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current payment period.

Your iTunes account will be automatically charged at the same price for renewal within the 24-hour period prior to the end of the current payment period unless you change your subscription preferences in your Account Settings.
